System includes a Steibel Eltron ground source heat pump fed from 6x 125-metre-deep boreholes located in the front garden, which supply heating via underfloor heating, cooling via Danfoss fancoil units throughout and also providing heat for the outdoor pool.
All bathrooms were re designed and fitted out with Hansgrohe and Gerbruit sanitary ware and large format tiles
